… I have to continue to write about the film. Today at the lecture in “Ekonomi och Ledarskap i Teknikintensiv verksamhet” our teacher (cannot remeber the name) totally agreed on the concusion we came up with in the film. She first drew paralells between McGregor’s theories, and did thereafter connect it to the situation of today (she didn’t express herself with the term Generation Y but meant that the new employees are more in the theory Y direction).
